CLEAR SPRINGS RAINBOW TROUT FILLETS 5 OZ

All of our rainbow trout are raised in crystal clear Rocky Mountain spring water and are fed a high quality nutritious diet in our land-based farms. Our PBO (Pin bone out) fillets are hand trimmed and perfectly portioned at our SQF and USDC certified plant for food service and retail. Our whole fish are head on gutted, which means they are perfect for barbeques or family style dining. Bake - 400-425F for 10-15 minutes. Broil - Lay open skin side down 4 inches from heat source 3-5 minutes. Poach - Cover with liquid, simmer over low heat about 5-8 minutes. Steam - About 5-10 minutes. Sauté - In oil or butter, about 3-4 minutes per side. Grill - Brush grill with oil, about 3-4 minutes per side.
